Hello my dearest friends & family 🥰

I know it has been a while since I posted a new video…

But here it is! This is Jr., who came to see me after seeing a dermatologist. His wife suggested he come see me. He has a very aggressive grade 4 acne, which includes blackheads, whitehead, pustules, and cysts. He also has rosacea. He is a heavy smoker and has spent a significant amount of time in the sun.

For this video, Yari was under the weather and not feeling well, so I had my office manager step in. For being her first time, she did great. I hope you enjoy this video recorded because it's been so long! I apologize.
I am closer to getting my liver surgery. Please keep me in your prayers. They are many good days, but there are times that I truly struggle just to regain my strength. With that said, thank you so much for your prayers and your friendship. You guys mean the world to me. I am so glad we have such a close-knit family. I carry all of you in my heart.
